IndiaPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a shorter, two-round interview with a blend of behavioral and technical questions, designed to assess both market knowledge and how I’d think under pressure.

Interview with research VP — Behavioral plus technical questions; each round lasted about 25–30 minutes.
Interview with manager — Another 25–30 minute mix of behavioral/technical questioning.
High-level funnel context (virtual, serial) — In a similar setup, interviews were conducted virtually one-by-one. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was to be ready to discuss motivation/fit while also answering technical prompts quickly.
