I interviewed during an earlier stage process that started with tests and then moved into interviews that felt somewhat confusing but not overly technical in late 2025.

Online aptitude / assessment — a first test that focused on quantitative aptitude and general reasoning.
Group session (where applicable) — I saw a pathway that included a group discussion element after the OA, before moving forward.
1-on-1 interview — they focused on how I connected my resume projects to the underlying ideas; a puzzle was also used to gauge my thinking process. Outcome: I wasn’t selected, and the takeaway was to explain resume work clearly and be ready for reasoning puzzles even when it’s not deeply technical.
