I had an online interview where the focus was on whether I already had relevant trading knowledge.

It felt like a straightforward check of my prior experience and how I’d judge what I knew about the markets. Since the interviewer was a VP, the conversation came across as direct and confidence-focused.

Beyond that, I couldn’t say much about the rest of the process because my notes of the finer details were limited. What I remember most clearly was that it was less about elaborate casework and more about quick, high-level confirmation of my trading familiarity, and I didn’t end up getting an offer.
