I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Fujitsu with an average difficulty across a short multi-round sequence over a few conversations.

Technical discussion round 1 — I had an interview with an interviewer focused on technical topics.
Technical discussion round 2 — A second technical round covered additional role-relevant areas, described as average difficulty.
HR discussion — I met with HR to cover fit and alignment; the HR interviewer was polite and cooperative.

Outcome: I received an offer letter after the HR discussion, and the takeaway was that the process felt structured and respectful across rounds.
