DubaiPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Fujitsu and the process was difficult, involving a small number of structured interviews plus a technical presentation in early 2026.

HR round — I started with a conversation with HR.
Hiring manager round — I had a hiring-manager interview focused on my background.
Hiring manager round (technical presentation) — I delivered a technical presentation on SAP Basis topics.
Top management round — I completed a final interview with top management.
Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the takeaway was that owning a topic deeply enough to present it was central to succeeding.
