PunePosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an unresponsive or cutoff-style Fujitsu experience where scheduling and follow-up didn’t feel reliable, even though early steps were quick.

Recruiter call + background chat — I shared my background and work experience after applying.
Aptitude/personality test — An assessment was sent, and I completed it promptly.
Quick rejection or stalled next steps — In one case I received a rejection the same day; in others I was told the first stage was cleared or that an L2 interview would happen, but I didn’t receive updates for weeks.
Outcome: No offer — The biggest takeaway was process reliability: communication and timing were poor enough to make the outcome feel arbitrary.
