I interviewed for a Fujitsu Software Engineer role and found the early steps very easy, with multiple technical and HR rounds.

Round 1: technical interviews — I went through technical interviews with two interviewers; the questions were described as straightforward.
Round 2: technical follow-up — I continued with additional technical questioning from another set of interviewers.
Final HR round — I ended with an HR conversation.

Outcome: The process felt smooth and easy, and the takeaway was that multiple interviewers each covered different angles of technical fit.
