PunePosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a Fujitsu process that involved multiple interviewer stages and/or additional screening beyond pure software engineering, and it stayed fairly straightforward.

Round 1 clear → Round 2 scheduled (soon after) — After being told the first round was cleared, the second round was scheduled quickly.
Language/fit screening (when applicable) — One path included Japanese-level checking as a key factor.
Deepening confidence/knowledge interview — A second round focused on confidence and deeper understanding.
HR round — Final HR conversation covered salary discussion and any questions.
Outcome: No offer — I didn’t reach an offer, but the format and stage progression felt structured.
