PunePosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an especially frustrating Fujitsu interview journey for Software Engineer, with multiple rounds and long gaps, and I ultimately didn’t get an offer.

Technical round(s) — I completed several stages including technical and technical/management-related discussions; the questions themselves were described as normal difficulty.
Gap between rounds — There was about a week gap between technical steps.
HR discussion — A final HR step occurred after another delay.
Outcome: No offer — Even after clearing all rounds, the process became unresponsive: I had to keep checking and chasing updates, and after submitting documents they stopped communicating.
