I went through a tough Fujitsu hiring process that was unusually long and multi-format, combining pre-work and an assessment-centre style day.

Recorded video interview — I answered questions on camera as part of the initial selection.
Series of online tests — There were multiple tests before the main assessment.
Virtual assessment centre — The bulk of the time was spent on group work, a presentation, and a panel interview.
Outcome: No offer — The process took roughly a full workday-plus (excluding preparation) and didn’t lead to an offer.
