Fortitude Systems Account Executive interview experience

The interview I had started with a brief introduction phone call, followed by an hour-long video interview.

The questions were mostly conversational, and the emphasis landed on character, culture, and work ethic rather than dense role mechanics or complicated technical topics.

I didn’t feel put on the spot with a lot of stress, and the vibe was very much about getting to know me as a person. When the conversation ended, it felt like the process was trying to understand how I’d show up day-to-day. I didn’t end up with an offer.
