After early outreach, I was flown out for what ended up feeling like a final, in-person interview experience.

Throughout the process, the interviews came across as genuinely welcoming—people were friendly, open, and easy to talk to. I remember feeling like most of my questions were answered honestly rather than dodged, and that made the whole thing feel comfortable.

During the trip, I spent time meeting members of the team and soaking in the vibe of the organization. It didn’t feel adversarial; it felt like they wanted to see how I came across in conversation and whether I enjoyed being around the people. I left feeling good about the experience overall, though I didn’t receive an offer.
