Fortitude Systems Account Executive interview experience

I wasn’t bombarded with complicated prompts or role trivia; instead, the conversations were mostly about me—my background, how I think, and what kind of person I was. The interviewers were easy to talk to, and the overall tone was relaxed.

Even though it wasn’t heavy on stress or hard-edged behavioral questions, I still left feeling like I’d been able to explain myself clearly. People seemed genuinely focused on understanding my character and work ethic rather than scoring me on a narrow set of competencies. It felt manageable and low-friction, and ultimately I didn’t end up with an offer.
