I was reached out by an employee who was specifically looking at former student-athletes, and the whole thing started with a quick conversation.

The interview itself was short and friendly, and it didn’t come across as overly formal. The tone was upbeat, and the communication felt easy.

Even with the light structure, it didn’t feel confusing—just more like a first pass at whether there was mutual interest. I appreciated how approachable it was, and I left thinking the process was worth it even if I wasn’t completely sold on the opportunity at the time. I did not receive an offer from that path.
