Falls Church, VAPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I was approached by a recruiter and started with an informal chat about the company and my background.

After that, I was asked to do a video call so they could learn more about me. Then they invited me to Washington D.C. for an in-person interview, and they paid my flight and hotel expenses.

Once I got there, the conversations didn’t feel like traditional interviews with a set list of evaluation questions. It was more like a series of discussions about whatever the employees wanted to cover, and the overall tone was friendly. People seemed proud of what the company was doing and comfortable talking to me, which made the day feel more like relationship-building than assessment.
