Fortitude Systems Account Executive interview experience

I had a single extended conversation that involved more than a dozen people, and it gave me the impression they weren’t trying to assess specific strengths. Instead, it felt like they wanted to see whether I was a “good fit” for the kind of culture they had.

The tone leaned heavily toward a locker-room vibe, and the group composition skewed strongly toward men. By the end, I couldn’t tell that the interview actually tested anything substantial beyond how I came across socially. I didn’t receive an offer.
