What I experienced was the opposite of smooth.

A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and we scheduled an interview, but she missed it due to her schedule. We rescheduled and I finally had a brief conversation, and then she set up my interview with the department manager.

After that, I didn’t hear anything for a week, so I reached out myself to confirm whether they were still taking my interview. I was told I’d be notified within 24 hours, but two weeks passed without any response. Honestly, it left a very negative impression and I never received an offer because the process effectively stalled.
