I had two interviews back to back in a way that felt more like introductions than anything overly stressful.

The first was with HR and it was very simple, mostly to set context.

The second interview was with my likely direct boss, and that’s where it got more role-specific. I was asked about prior experience with ERPs and whether I had handled things like attending tickets and participating in implementations. I came away feeling like they were trying to verify practical experience rather than catch me off guard, and the overall difficulty felt average for the role.
