I went through an abbreviated early-stage loop for the Software Engineer role, and it felt mid-level with a quick, leader-led conversation.

Initial team-leader interview — About 1–1.5 hours with a team/department leader; I was asked a small number of questions (one report mentioned a single question, another mentioned three) and the interviewer was generally friendly.
(No further rounds / not progressed) — I didn’t move forward beyond this initial stage, so I don’t have details on later steps. Outcome: Not selected after the first leader interview—my takeaway is that early screens were brief and highly dependent on that initial technical discussion.
