I interviewed through a junior-focused hiring program and a short, structured loop that felt friendly and fair.

AI/Claude build + explain (junior program) — I used Claude to write a program, then I was asked to explain what I built; I didn’t pass and the process ended early.
Short multi-step loop leading to an HR interview — The process was fairly quick and focused, with a few steps before an HR interview that typically happened the day after the first two. Outcome: I didn’t reach the end stage in this path, but the overall experience felt kind and well-structured.
