I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in a structured, multi-round technical ladder (team → group → R&D VP), then HR; it was generally average but had one noticeably harder, math/probability-heavy stop.

Team-level technical interview (Zoom during corona) — I went through an initial technical round with team-level interviewers, with the round focused on technical conversation and logic.
Group-level technical interview (Zoom) — A second technical round at group level, again more discussion-heavy than purely coding.
R&D VP-level interview — This was systems-and-math oriented; at least one of my rounds emphasized probability and puzzle-like questions rather than typical coding.
HR interview — A final people/process conversation after the technical rounds. Outcome: No
