I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Fiverr and left feeling like the process was overly quiz-like and high-pressure.

Initial screen — a standard introductory call to set context.
Onsite: written exam + whiteboarding — I was brought to an on-site where I completed a pen-and-paper written test in a conference room, with whiteboarding mentioned but the experience felt largely exam-focused.
Exam topics — I was asked to write/optimize algorithm code, debug JavaScript, and answer HTML/CSS property questions.
Follow-up discussion — I had no prior guidance beyond “there will be a written exam,” and the overall format felt arbitrary rather than a professional conversation. Outcome: No
