I had shorter, more variable Fiverr interviews for the Software Engineer role—usually Zoom or a single onsite conversation—with difficulty ranging from easy/average to difficult.

Video/Zoom interview (about 2 hours, team leader) — I introduced myself, discussed background, and answered a few questions.
Intro + technical questions + writing code — I was asked about myself and then multiple technical questions, writing code for solutions I proposed.
Longer Zoom interview (about 2.5 hours) — I covered the position and “tell me about yourself,” then answered data-structures and JavaScript technical questions.
Zoom technical + team leader (COVID) — I had two coding questions and then a team-leader interview.
