I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Fiverr with very limited interaction before the technical questioning.

Pre-screen phone call — I first got a call asking whether I was willing to work long hours.
Head office technical interview — I went to the office for a technical interview where I was given a large set of open questions (10–15 pages) without much prior conversation. Outcome: I declined the process—my takeaway was that the format felt too impersonal because it started with reading questions rather than a guided interview.
