I had a smaller, more variable set of rounds where the process could be either very light on content or much more intense depending on the stage, but the overall format was still recruiter + technical + design/fit gates.

Recruiter/intro — I either discussed my background and the role or completed a simple platform-related task.
Technical interview — I answered algorithmic questions or did a short live coding session.
System design / architecture — I was asked to describe system design thinking or related analytic reasoning.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that clarity of basics plus design communication mattered, but outcomes were heavily dependent on how each stage evaluated me.
