I started with a brief recruiter screen that mostly set expectations and gauged whether I was genuinely interested.

After that, I jumped into back-to-back Zoom conversations with two AE team leads. The first interview felt a bit colder at the beginning, and I had to match their energy to get into a smoother rhythm, while the second interviewer was noticeably easier to talk to and kept the focus on how I would fit the culture.

After the team lead rounds, there was another virtual meeting with a VP/head of team leads. That part was less about “gotcha” questions and more about making sure I understood what the job actually looked like, then there was a short chat with an AE to get a sense of the day-to-day.
