My process was surprisingly smooth and easy overall.

Everyone I spoke with was kind and genuinely easy to talk to, and the conversations felt low-pressure rather than intense. The structure moved along in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was getting bounced around unnecessarily.

At some point, I was actually offered the job, but I decided to go with something else. That’s what made it stand out to me—the process didn’t drag, and it didn’t feel like I had to “fight” for basic clarity. I walked away with a good impression of how they ran things, even though I ultimately didn’t take the offer.
