My process was very fast, and the questions were direct.

The recruiter and the hiring team kept the pace moving and made sure my questions about the company were answered, so I didn’t feel left in the dark.

I ended up touring the office as part of it, and that in-person piece made the experience feel welcoming rather than purely transactional. The overall vibe was that everything was efficient and well-communicated, and it didn’t drag into multiple unclear steps. I ultimately didn’t take an offer, but the process itself felt unusually smooth.
