Camas, WAPosted Sep 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

They set up a phone interview where the conversation was mostly about the job opportunity and what I should expect.

It was pretty casual, and they got to know me a bit before talking through next steps.

What threw me off was that after the call they said they would schedule a second interview—but they never got back to me. The silence made it feel like the process stalled right after that initial conversation.

Because of that, the experience was easy and low-pressure during the phone call, but the lack of follow-through was the real problem. I never heard anything further after they told me the timing for the next step.
