My interviews felt straightforward, but the role ended up changing partway through.

I applied for one position, and during the process they had me apply for a different one instead, which was the first real surprise.

Even with that shift, everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and accommodating, and the experience felt transparent rather than pushy. The conversations didn’t come off as trying to “catch” me, and I appreciated that they explained the process and what they were looking for. I didn’t receive an offer, but it still felt like a legitimate process and I respected the experience I had with them.
