New DelhiPosted May 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a tougher campus-style process for FICO’s Software Engineer role, dominated by Java/DSA testing and one-on-one evaluation.

Coding round (MCQ-free, language-agnostic) — I faced multiple coding questions centered on data structures and algorithms plus core Java topics like arrays and linked lists.
Analytical MCQ test — I took an MCQ round to assess analytical skills.
Group discussion (MI/AI) — I joined a discussion focused on ML/AI themes.
One-on-one technical interview — I had a direct interview to go deeper after the group discussion. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the difficulty felt high due to the volume and DS/algorithm focus.
