I went through a multi-round DSA-first technical journey with an average difficulty feel, ending with a people/fit tail.

Technical round 1 — two DSA questions focused heavily on approach.
Technical round 2 — another pair of DSA questions, again emphasizing my solution process.
Technical round 3 — further DSA-style problem solving.
Managerial/technical round — a mix of managerial context and technical discussion.
HR round — HR conversation to validate fit. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that consistency across DSA rounds was the main lever.
