I had an easier, compact FICO process that started with an online Java coding test and then moved quickly through technical and HR rounds, but I didn’t receive an offer.

Online test (Java) — Before interviews, I took an online test focused mainly on Java.
Technical interviews (2 rounds) — I then completed two technical discussions, which included basics tied to my projects and core Java/OOPS.
HR round — Finally, I met HR for behavioral/fit-style questions.
Alternative quick scheduling variant — In another similar experience, HR arranged the technical round quickly, followed by another technical discussion and then HR. Outcome: No offer; the process was manageable but still required solid Java fundamentals and project clarity.
