I interviewed for a Software Engineer position at FICO with a multi-round phone and face-to-face process that leaned more on discussion than coding.

HR outreach — I was contacted by HR after posting my resume, then scheduled initial calls.
Phone interviews (senior managers, USA/UK) — two rounds with senior managers; not very technical.
Face-to-face rounds (3) — a mix of technical and behavioral questions, but I didn’t have to code.
Final HR round — a concluding HR conversation. Outcome: I didn’t progress; the difficulty felt moderate because the work was assessed through conversation rather than live coding.
