I had a multi-stage, fairly standard online-then-discussion-then-technical flow, with average difficulty and a strong emphasis on web/backend fundamentals plus Java/SQL/JS.

Online assessment — a mixed test with aptitude plus code snippets and two coding questions.
Group discussion — a discussion round after clearing the online assessment.
Technical rounds (2x) + HR — two technical interviews followed by an HR round.
Technical content focus — questions covered Java, Spring Boot, React (in at least one case), SQL, plus array coding in Java and discussion of resume/projects. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the journey was smooth and aligned with common full-stack/backend expectations.
