I experienced a campus-style pipeline with multiple selection gates and average difficulty, where coding got you through early but later rounds became mostly resume-led.

Online test (CodeSignal-like) — 1 hour — MCQs plus two coding questions; it felt partly luck-based even when I solved everything.
Group discussion — GD in a smaller group; further reduced the pool.
Written test (general, non-coding) — broader general questions, then more filtering.
Technical interviews (resume + HR-style) — basic discussions over my resume plus a mix of HR-type questions. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but I made it through HR, and the main takeaway was that early rounds were high-volume filters while later rounds rewarded clear resume
