I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at FICO with a structured progression: phone basics, then multiple technical and managerial steps, ending in HR the same day as the offer.

Telephonic basics — a phone interview covering the language background (Java) and relevant work experience.
1:1 interview — if qualified, moved to individual discussion.
Technical interview + managerial round — technical evaluation followed by management assessment.
HR round + offer same day — concluding HR step and offer delivery. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that they made the path clear and bundled final decision-making tightly.
