I went through a high-volume FICO screening funnel with a coding test followed by multiple selection steps, and I didn’t make it to the final stage.

Online coding test (high volume) — I took an online coding test with roughly 1,600 candidates, and it took about the usual screening pace; only a small subset moved on.
One-on-one PI — After shortlist, I did a one-on-one interview; fewer candidates advanced from that stage.
Final HR step — I saw an HR round in the final progression where only a subset of the remaining candidates were selected. Outcome: No offer; the process was competitive and selection-based, with multiple cutoffs after each stage.
