I went through a written-test-first FICO process with MCQ-heavy evaluation and some coding, and the overall experience felt average but exam-focused.

Written test (MCQ + a little coding) — I took an exam that mixed mostly MCQs (including probability topics) with a small coding component.
Technical interview — I later faced a technical discussion centered on skills/personality-type assessment, with a set of question-style evaluation (including quizzes) and negative marking was mentioned.
HR round — I ended with an HR-oriented discussion that emphasized fit. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the key takeaway was to be selective on negative-marking questions and keep Java concepts sharp.
