My FICO process felt disorganized and then abruptly stopped, and I was ultimately ghosted.

Early recruiter outreach + repeated technical sessions — I experienced an ad hoc sequence of recruiter calls and multiple technical interviews, some scheduled with very short notice.
Additional interviews after down-leveling — After the initial wave, they effectively asked for more interviews.
Concluded without a next step — In a separate similar experience, a polite screener and a manager call were followed by silence after the supposed technical round. Outcome: No offer; communication quality dropped sharply and the process ended without closure.
