IndorePosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a comparatively easy, structured campus-style process at FICO (written MCQs/DSA + two technical interviews + an HR interaction), but I still didn’t receive an offer.

Offline written exam (campus) — I sat for MCQs covering aptitude, coding (JS/Python), DSA, and OOP.
Technical interview 1 (resume/skills, easy) — I was asked about my projects and listed skills, with basic definitions and questions closely tied to my resume.
Technical interview 2 (resume/role expectations, easy) — I covered resume and skills again, plus a high-level briefing of the role; there was no coding or out-of-resume deep dive.
HR interview — I did an HR conversation focused on introduction and personal interests.
**Follow-on variant: MCQs + two mediums + easy
