FICO Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Negative

United StatesPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I found FICO’s hiring flow confusing because my application was deactivated with no explanation, despite me being qualified and ready to interview.

Application deactivated (no interview path) — I applied and then my application was disabled for an unknown reason, without any communication—even automated email.
Unclear hiring status — Based on the overall context, it seemed like hiring was paused or constrained (potential freeze or mismatch on pay expectations). Outcome: No offer; there was no real interview journey because the application was abruptly shut down.
