My interview path was pretty layered: I ended up going through multiple stages, and one of them involved a client component where I would be deployed and then trained for about three months.

The process overall sounded like it could be five stages, but what I remember most is that it was focused on getting me from interviews into training.

It wasn’t described in great technical detail to me, just that there was an offer coming out of that client deployment stage along with a training period. I walked away with the clear sense that the main goal was to get me placed and supported rather than to “test me” in a single high-stakes moment.
