Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was an online assessment that ran 1 hour and 10 minutes and had four questions.

The scoring was out of 850 points, and the bar was pretty clear: 750 or above counted as passing. The timing pressure was real, partly because the questions increased in weight from the first through the fourth.

I remember doing it with the mindset that the early questions couldn’t be wasted. It felt like solving at least three of the four was the practical path to passing, and that the fourth—being both heavier and more challenging—would make or break the score if the earlier ones didn’t go well. The experience was very structured and number-driven, which made it feel like a clean gate
