Faire Software Engineer interview experience

Toronto, CanadaCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a phone screen where I was given a problem tied to customer advertisement management.

After that, I moved straight into onsite interviews that felt very execution-focused: two coding rounds plus a half-hour behavioral interview.

What stood out was what wasn’t there. There weren’t any design questions in the loop, so it stayed centered on coding and communication rather than system-level discussion. Overall, the process was straightforward and seemed calibrated around how I handled the coding problems live and how I explained my thinking in the behavioral segment.
