I had an EY Consultant interview where communication and process issues stood out, and both experiences didn’t end in an offer.

Case study interview — During my case discussion, the interviewer cut me off and answered parts for me before I finished.
Decision after clearing rounds (but no response) — In another similar outcome path, I cleared two rounds plus documentation, but HR stopped responding entirely. Outcome: No offer; one experience felt unfair during the case, and the other felt like a process/communication failure after later stages.
