My process took a while overall, but the in-person stage was genuinely engaging—energetic and mentally stimulating rather than just formal.

I felt like they wanted me to think outside the box, with a strong emphasis on logic and creativity. The experience itself made it fun in a way, even though it was demanding.

The manager interview afterward felt more tense. I had the sense that some questions weren’t framed as clearly as they could’ve been, and that made it harder for me to answer confidently because I wasn’t always sure what they were aiming for. By the end of that last stage, I was rejected.
