My process ran through a fairly standard sequence of screenings and assessments.

It started with online tests that included logic and personality components, and if I cleared those, I was invited to an assessment day. That day included a group collective exercise and an interview with a manager.

If that assessment day went well, I would then be scheduled for a final interview with a partner. Even though my experience followed that structured pattern, it still felt like the online testing was doing most of the filtering early on.
