Ernst & Young Consultant interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Positive

BengaluruPosted Jun 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview combined resume discussion with a topic-focused section and some hands-on questioning.

They asked about Pega—specifically themes around CSA and CSSA—and I had to answer basic understanding questions along with more practical prompts.

They also expected some project management capability, so it wasn’t purely technical jargon or purely theory.

The difficulty felt difficult overall, but I felt the questions were cohesive because they tied back to a specific platform focus and to how I managed projects.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the reflection I’m left with is that the hands-on angle made it much harder than a standard resume chat.
