The interview centered on how I contributed in a structured way—especially how I connected my past experiences to the task, shared knowledge about process, and used structural thinking to keep the discussion organized.

Most of the time I focused on clearly explaining my reasoning and making it easy to follow what I was doing and why.

The difficulty felt more like moderate overall. It wasn’t about tricky surprises so much as whether my input showed a logical approach and could translate experience into a clear process.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience felt fairly substantive. What stayed with me was how much they valued clarity and structure rather than just having the right buzzwords.
